Wisdom and Action Forum

The Wisdom and Action Forum is a yearly event bringing together leaders, thinkers, and practitioners focused on values-led leadership and meaningful action. As a recurring forum, the digital experience needed to do a lot in a short window. Clearly communicate the purpose of the event, support registrations, and evolve year-to-year without needing to be rebuilt from scratch.

The challenge was creating a site that felt considered and aligned with the forum’s values, while also being practical to run. It needed to be flexible enough to adapt to new themes, speakers, and formats each year, and stable enough to support a live, time-sensitive event.

I designed and developed the website end-to-end, creating a clear, focused experience that supports both storytelling and usability. The structure was designed to flex year-to-year, making it easy to update content, speakers, and schedules without disrupting the overall experience.

Alongside the initial build, I provided ongoing support to help the forum run smoothly as details evolved closer to launch. The result is a reliable, adaptable platform that supports the event each year, reflects the values of the forum, and gives the team confidence that the digital side of the experience is taken care of.
